preparations for the concert on the Runeko
So my dear helper & organizers, I just wanted to write down the planning for the next few weeks;
After this week, it will go as scheduled on Saturday and Sunday with the trials and auditions continue. But I express once again that the presence of all persons, very welcome! We need an overview of the people who run along, or even care now to a specific area. The meeting location is in the Japanese Garden, next to the bunker the stones. There are all members, organizations or assistant by 15 clock together.
In addition, there is some news that our own fashion show concern, but as I approach the end of this week not to know, I'll tell you at first on Saturday again.
Furthermore I'm here to build a new Myspace page, with the permission of Satoru. Since the old site has been inactive for a long time, and not quite in line with the wishes of the new page is out in a diary about what we have planned, and who is responsible for each area.
I also point out again that next weeks the lists are filled in that I have prepared. For this I will be transferred to the PC and each organization can send. So we have a better overview of what we need and have, and we thus also the contact details have to reach each person, if necessary.
